Intellectual Property and Copyright for Governance E-Manual
The following outlines intellectual property rights (IPR) in the governance e-manual being developed as a joint project between Welsh Assembly Government (WAG) and the National Leadership and Innovation Agency for Healthcare (NLIAH).

Level 1 – Site Code
The intellectual property in the code to run this web site is held jointly between WAG and NLIAH. Any code previously developed by NLIAH vests in NLIAH.

Level 2 – Database Schema
Intellectual property in the database schema is held jointly between WAG and NLIAH.

Level 3 – Content
Intellectual property in any material supplied to the governance e-manual will remain with the original author / author’s employing organisation. The name and trademarks of copyright holders may NOT be used in advertising or publicity pertaining to the site, its content or specification without specific, written prior permission. The title to copyright in documents placed on the site will at all times remain with copyright holders.

Use of Logos
The Logos are unregistered trademarks of the governance e-manual site and no additional rights are granted by implication or otherwise. The absence of a logo on any documents on the web site does not constitute a waiver of the governance e-manual logo. Any questions concerning the use, status or standing of the logo should be directed via the feedback point.
